CHRISTINA HOWARD
Christina, our CEO and Lead Coach is known for her ability to quickly get to the root of a
matter, create clarity, and design and execute successful programs that stick. Relying on
nearly two decades of deep experience developing and leading people strategy and execution in national and multi-national companies across many different industries, Christina takes a practical and holistic approach to balance people, performance and profit.
Christina, a certified coach, also works with driven and ambitious 1:1 coaching client’s that seek to lead and live with intention and consciousness. Christina is passionate about making workplaces an environment where growth, joy, and connection are possible - one team and one leader at a time.
